I can stir the mixture in the bottom container, add water, milk and ice to the cup, and make breakfast anytime, anywhere. I like to go to the gym early, but I don’t like shaking early, so it works well. If ice is added, the ball of the whisk is ineffective, but even without ice, it can stir a thick milkshake.
